Each subscription of one device allows only one connection. Using more than one connection will result in the suspension of your Subscription and IP by the provider with no refund.

Number of Live TV Channels & VOD
Channels and VOD are subject to change, update, or removal at any time without prior notice. Any changes in categories or content can occur without notice. IPTV CLOUD PRO has no control over the content provided or any updates made to it.

Subscription Cancellation
Customers can cancel their IPTV CLOUD PRO subscription anytime with no long-term commitments or cancellation fees. When a subscription is canceled, access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. There will be no refunds or prorated charges for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.

Unacceptable Usage Behavior
IPTV CLOUD PRO does not allow re-streaming, transmitting the content, or distributing any of the provided content.

Quality of the Content Provided
Due to the nature of IPTV and various factors such as Internet Service Provider, Internet Speed, Bandwidth, and Streaming sources, we cannot guarantee that all content will work 100% of the time. It’s possible to experience issues like buffering, freezing, or non-working content. Ensure you have a high-speed internet connection and that your ISP allows IPTV servers to reduce the possibility of issues. Sharing your subscription will result in instant termination without prior notice.

Proxy / VPN Usage Policy
Using Proxy/VPN applications or servers is allowed but not recommended, as we have our own VPN.

Unsupported Countries
Our service works anywhere in the world as long as your Internet Service Provider is not blocking our services.

The client is responsible for any expenses or charges related to their data usage or internet fees.
